The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history, and now it's one of the fastest growing areas in the 'Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively urban hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, starving artists, young professionals, and more are now calling the diverse North Side home. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.
Two of the top restaurants in Pittsburgh, Fig & Ash, and Siempre Algo, are less than five blocks away, Allegheny City Brewery is five blocks, and a new local bar is only one block away!
You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you're venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Parking for vehicles is on street (guest permit provided). Street parking is generally easy & abundant.

My name is Julie and I'm originally from Pittsburgh PA, but had been living in New York City with my husband Matt for 10+ years. We had an awesome run in NYC but In the summer of 2015 we made a big move & now we're living in the Bahamas full time! We have 4 great places in Pittsburgh, 3 in the North Side & 1 in the South Side. All are great locations near the professional sports arenas, museums, and downtown! We come back to Pittsburgh all the time. We love to see how much the city is thriving & changing. While we don't currently live there we genuinely love Pittsburgh and all it has to offer! When you book with us, you can expect hotel quality (or better) & you can always feel free to ask us for additional information on all of the great things to see and do in Pittsburgh. No matter what your reason is for coming to Pittsburgh, Julie and I will do our best to make sure you have an amazing time! More about us... we have two daughters, Isla, who is in heaven & Madison, who is the absolute light of our lives. We LOVE to Travel, we're both very adventurous, we love to eat, cook, drink wine, and spend time with our friends & family! We also love the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, Panthers (both Pitt alumni) & Pirates!
