In the commune of La Haie-Traversaine, we offer this charming, south-facing, single-storey 80 m² gîte for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It includes a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a garden of around 1,000 m² to enjoy ! Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : - A 30 m² oval living room with sofa and dining area... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190) - Bathroom with shower - A separate WC Outside: - A beautiful 1,000 m² unfenced garden sharing its perimeter with neighbouring woods, the fields of an agricultural farm and horses - A south-facing 28 m² suspended wooden terrace with barbecue, shower and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
