Wifi and TV not working. Followed their instructions and basic troubleshooting but still didn’t work. At first mabilis magreply, then tumagal na magreply when issue wasn’t resolved at all. I asked few times for them to check wifi and tv at the unit but no response. Bumilis response when I complained to airbnb support na.

There was an issue with the check in. The guards were unaware of our reservation and we had to wait for almost an hour to get in. It's not the Host who caused that obviously, but I think it's better if the Host or a Co-Host is there waiting by the time of check in to ensure the guard's admin will allow the guard on duty to let guests in.
