A beautiful, comfortable apartment. Our whole family felt right at home. Good restaurants and grocery shopping in easy walking distance. Also, the bus stop was only a few hundred meters away--easy trip to Sölden. Melanie was super responsive, helpful, and kind.

We loved our stay! The apartment is clean and cosy and is fully equipped. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms warm. Hochoetz is a very easy 15 minutes away and Kuhtai is about 30 minutes. I recommend trying both Ski areas. Melanie was always helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Excellent location in Umhausen. A few minutes walk to the bus stop, supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. The town is quiet, but very relaxing. It is easy to arrive via quick train and bus from Innsbruck. We used the skibus daily - approx 50min to hochgurgl and 30min to Sölden. 15min to Längenfeld, where you can go to the Aquadome spa. The space was clean, spacious and warm. I highly recommend!

This apartment is top!! We were a group of 3 (with 2 dogs) and we wished that we had booked more than just our three nights! The location is the perfect starting point for exploring the Otztal region in the winter (and probably the summer too). Check-in was super easy, and Melanie was available anytime we needed. The apartment is very spacious but has a wonderful Austrian cozy vibe with all the wood and built-ins. The kitchen was very well stocked and cooking our own meals was great! The supermarket is only 500m from the house, so we didn't even need to drive for groceries. As we were there in December the fireplace and heated floors were an awesome bonus - I wish more places had heated floors!! The boot room was also a wonderful addition, and had more than enough space for our winter gear - and it even included a boot warmer!! Melanie's apartment really has every detail covered for a stress-free winter get-away!

Melanie and Alexander have been great hosts and always responded so quick to our messages. The appartment has a very well equiped kitchen and is 1 minute away by car from a supermarket.It is very clean and is located in a quiet area with a nice view.
