There is a big loft with glass for you to enjoy tea or coffee every morning and a romantic dinner with friends. Would be a great experience with a perfect view. We has a large TV with Netflix so you can watch famous movies. If you love the natural lifestyle, I trust you will crazily love the space of the master room. All of the decorations are made by me with big love. I hope you and your families will feel comfortable and happy when you discover Hanoi Capital. That’s important for you to enjoy the fresh air and a quiet lifestyle. At 7 pm, you can join with local people when they exercise with dance around the lake! Great experience! P/s : My apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is no elevator so we do not recommend those with heavy luggage or the elderly. Maybe you thought the loft at the high floor but I am pretty sure it is worth taking some steps to the 5th floor and seeing the amazing view. -Due to the "extreme" weather in Hanoi: for hot weather ranging from 35 degrees to over 40 degrees and for cold weather ranging from 10 degrees or less: I do not recommend you book this room -There is a pump in the apartment and the sound of the pump will be a bit loud. You can turn off the pump when you go to bed and turn it back on the next morning (that pump supplies water to the whole building).

Hard to give a good review for our stay here. Although the space is very interesting, I really don’t think it is suitable to rent out. There is club music blasting from the park next door from 6pm-10pm and then it starts again from 6am. It’s impossible to get a good sleep here or relax in this space even with earplugs. It sounds like it’s coming from a room next door, it is that loud. The water pump to the building is also next to the bedroom and so loud and goes off every 5 minutes. It rained on our 3rd evening here and there was a hole in the roof and water coming through the roof into the bedroom. We are lucky that we had kept our belongings in the bedroom downstairs so they were not damaged. We ended up leaving and being refunded for that night and refunded for the remaining 2 nights that we had. There is also a lack of privacy in the flat due to the fact the front door and kitchen have large open grate windows into the stairwell. I never felt very safe in the apartment.

Langmandi located at key street - Quang Trung, Hanoi beside Thien Quang Lake and Thong Nhat Park, you can walk arround with great sight and fresh air. Main street have many high-end brand coffee and traditional food : Cộng Caphe, All Day Coffee , Fresh Crabs , Bread Pork Grill "Bà Ngà " (local street food ), Best Snails " Thị Nở" , Crab Noodle , etc...by a lot of famous cuisine that have been in the city for generations - all is within a few minutes of walk.
