This single story brick home is located 15 minutes from Downtown, and 18 minutes from Wrightsville beach. Your space is complete with a queen mattress, private bathroom and closet. You have access to the entire house (Minus the other two bedrooms). I live on the property as this is my primary residence, and I work from home weekdays 8 am - 5 pm. Backyard with back patio is also accessible to catch some fresh air and sun. Driveway available for parking.

It was a fantastic stay. All was exactly as described in the listing. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very peaceful, with a convenience store within walking distance. And it has easy access to the major roads and centrally located so it’s close to everything in Wilmington. Outstanding value, I would certainly do this again!
My son had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was comfortable and clean, and Kyle is a great host!
Super clean place. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The room has a private bathroom. Really enjoyed staying here.
