The urbanization's swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing under the warm Mediterranean sun. And when you want to venture further afield, you'll find a wide range of activities. The apartment has two rooms. One room with a double bed and the other room with 2 90cm beds providing a total capacity of 4 people. The bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, etc... The huge living room has 2 rooms, an area with a dining table and chairs and another area with 2 sofas. From the living room you access the terrace from which you can see the sea, because even though it is not attached to the coast you can see the sea. The apartment is very well connected because the access to the highway is right behind the building. Several buses also pass nearby. POOL OPENING: From June 15 to September 15. TRANSPORT If you need it, we can send a taxi to pick you up at the airport (additional cost) If you are going to rent a car we can offer you a car rental company with a discount for being our guests. CHECKING - CHECKOUT Key delivery takes place directly at the house. A person will greet you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area. The entry time is as follows: - From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions: - Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over keys, leaving luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you. - From 20:00 to 00:00 you have to pay a supplement of €30 in cash at the time of entry. - From 00:00 to 1:00 you have to pay a supplement of €50 in cash at the time of entry. - We do not receive after 1:00. - Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon.
