If you’re looking for a prime location in proximity to everything on the Cape, look no further than the Cape Escape home. You will be located just over a mile from Main Street Brewster and Cape Cod Bay for the family friendly Brewster Flats beaches. Bike down to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or go on a hike at the Nickerson State Park just around the corner. A 10-minute drive to Orleans or Dennis takes you to the closest grocery store. It’s hard to miss out on a plethora of activities this summer! The house is set back with a driveway that will fit 4-5 cars, including a Tesla EV charger in the garage. Four bedrooms include two king bedrooms and four twin-sized beds for two-floor family living or large groups that sleep up to 9 (there is a trundle under one of the twins!) on two floors. There are two full bathrooms, a half bath attached to one of the kind bedrooms. The house accommodates both short and long term stays with a kitchen filled with cookware and a washer and dryer conveniently located in the basement. A 65” Samsung Smart TV and Sony surround system awaits you for movie or game nights, with an additional TV and Roku system upstairs for dual watching purposes. After a full beach day, soak off in the hot tub, or lounge on the deck space with a home cooked meal on our hand-crafted outdoor dining chairs.
