Many of our homes offer flexible stays with a 3 night minimum in the off season - ask our Reservation Specialists for more details. We enjoy having coffee on the deck or a glass of wine sitting by the glistening waters of the private pond. Welcome to our home! Let Us Tell You About This Home: Enter through the front door of this home and you are immediately taken by it's charm. The gathering spaces are all connected and the vaulted ceiling of the living room envelops you as you move throughout the home. You will immediately find yourself in the living room with a built-in library on the right abutting the hallway to bathrooms/bedrooms and a large sectional sofa ahead of you, facing the wood-burning fireplace and beneath a pass-through window from the kitchen. Before reaching the end of this room, there is a cleverly hidden stackable washer/dryer in a closet. Beyond the living room is a three season room with large TV, plenty of comfortable seating provided by several couches and all surrounded by walls of windows that help bring the outside in. There is also a door from this room out to the large deck area overlooking the yard in the back and the pond from the side of the home. To the left of the entry are the kitchen and dining area, open to each other and offering an ease for entertaining or family meals. Both spaces are bathed in sunlight as the dining table is next to a large bay window and the kitchen is beneath an oversized skylight. Begin to walk down the hallway and you are immediately greeted by a barn door on your right which gives entry to Bathroom #2, the completely renovated half bath. Continuing down the hall, you find yourself surrounded by an eclectic curation of framed classic album covers that present as a "vibe museum" for this home. Bathroom #1 is a large, full bathroom located on the right and you will then encounter: Bedroom #1 on your left which provides a Queen bed, plenty of closet space, a large dresser and hues of jade and seafoam. Bedroom #2 is next door and offers a King bed, an abundance of storage and soothing natural earth tones. Bedroom #3, across the hall, is a fun and cheerful room with ample closet space, a dresser with an oversized mirror and two Twin beds. The exterior of this home offers a driveway with parking for three cars, an outdoor shower, plenty of open space for games and the large deck which provides space to gather as well as serene views of the pond across the street. A short walk to the bend of Vacation Lane and you will find the association beach where homeowners and their guests enjoy everything the expansive pond has to offer. This home offers everything you and your family will want or need on your Cape vacation and you will find yourself immediately relaxed and think..."At Last..." Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability). This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. No smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home! Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime. Additional Information to Assist You: Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. State and local taxes are charged if applicable. For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce's to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.
