This home has beautifully restored hard wood floors throughout along with floor to ceiling windows with their original wavy style glass - an updated classic with all the charm of days gone by. To the right of the living room you will step down into bedroom #1 the Master Suite with king size bed with couch for relaxing - the ensuite full bathroom has marble tiles, a stack-able washer and dryer and large walk in shower with rain head shower. The kitchen is located in the center of this classically updated home with a marble island with sink and 4 stools. The all stainless appliances include a 6 burner gas stove, fridge and dishwasher. Enjoy early morning or late evening conversation or perhaps a game of chess in the sitting area located just off the kitchen which also adorns a beautiful antique fireplace and mini bar. Just off this sitting area is Bathroom #2 a well appointed half bath with pedestal sink and port hole mirror. The dining room has wonderful floor to ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light. The table has seating for 6 and a mother of pearl shell chandelier and buffet for ease of serving dinner. To the left of the dining area is the main entry with staircase to the second floor. At the top of the stairs is a unique alcove for reading with comfortable chaise lounge. To the left is Bedroom #2 with 2 Double beds, built in shelving, a step up window seat where you can people watch on Main Street or enjoy a good book. For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce's to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.
