Everything was clean and Maximillian was responsive to questions. There are little things that could make it better, like more things for cooking in the kitchen, like measuring cups, pans for the oven, more silverware. The lock on the back door was hard to figure out, so I didn’t use that door to get to the back yard. Besides that, the house was cute, the neighborhood was good and I really enjoyed my stay in Hollywood.

If it was for the cleaning of the house, it was very cloudy, I entered easily, but the only thing I didn't like was that the pool was not cleaned...

When we arrived at 4, the confirmed check in time, housekeeping was in the middle of cleaning and was not done until 6:30 p.m. In addition, the pool was not clean and the water level was low. The back door had an open hole which I presume had a lock in it previously, but had a napkin stuffed in it so you couldn’t see in or out, until the napkin was removed. There is a LARGE window between the master bath and second bedroom, accessible by raising a shade on the bedroom side. Finally there is a tenant that parks in the drive in the evening and the house is not accessible from the alley so we parked on the street at night. The biggest issue I had with my stay was the lack of communication with the hosts after their initial response to my concerns in which they were going to give back partial credit for the inaccessible pool and late check in AND have someone out to clean the pool the following day…neither of which happened. This host did not keep their word and stopped communicating.
