A quaint little getaway or affordable overnighter on the quieter side of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Away from the hustle and bustle, with trees/nature on a half-acre block. Perfect for nature lovers, artists, golfers, surfers, wine lovers or anyone who wants easy access to all the amazing peninsula offerings without the big price tag. Great for anyone with pets too as on a half-acre block ... and we love animals. Netflix & discounted longer-term stays available.. The space is definitely small but comfortable - some say even a little 'cute' or 'charming' . It is behind the main house (where we live) and has a garden setting surrounded by fruit trees and birdlife. * PLEASE note that the toilet is separate - 10-15metres away - connected to the main house. (You will have sole use of it though).

Great stay , good communication from Mark with regards to the offerings . Had our Border collie over who enjoyed roaming the big property and it was all fenced and safe . the little cottage itself was very cosy and comfortable for a night stay after visiting the Harry potter experience.

Thanks so much, Mark. The cabin was everything I wanted to enjoy a weekend getaway on the peninsula. Only a short drive from many places. Marks hospitality was A+, the cabin was clean and spacious for just the two of us and had everything we needed. The seperate toilet was no issue at all. Should we find ourselves along Mornington again we will be back! Thanks again ☺️
I would leave 5 more stars if I could! I wiill definitely be staying again! Mark was brilliant and incredible as a host and so, so accommodating, my partner and I really cannot thank him enough. The cottage as well was amazing, so cute and cozy and I am absolutely in love with the shower and the general feel of it. Honestly just impeccable all round! I cannot wait to stay again, especially on a rainy night! Absolutely loved it!
Had a really nice weekend stay at Mark’s cute little cottage post-hot springs booking. Cosy and very comfortable, with lots of amenities and great TV to watch Netflix on. The separate toilet was no inconvenience at all. The standout was Mark as a host, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay, super communicative and flexible with check-in/out times and even left us a couple of ice creams in the freezer! Thank you Mark!! would definitely stay again!

If you prefer 'peace & quiet' over the busy beachside suburbs the area is ideal. Crib Point is not the highlight of the Peninsula, but many consider it an undiscovered gem. Perfect if you have your own transport as you are only
- 10 minutes from Red Hill, Balnarring Beach, Point Leo Surf beach etc
- 30 mins to Peninsula Hot Springs, Flinders, Cape Schank, Mt Martha,
Mornington, Rosebud, Dromana etc (Via one of the prettiest drives in
Australia)
- Close to numerous Wineries
- 5 mins to Hastings with all amenties – Coles, Woolies, Restaurants & Walks near the Water
There is a bus 100m away on Stony Point Rd but ideally you'd have your own wheels. Can park on site.
