This home was as comfortable and accommodating as presented. Chad was extremely responsive and made certain that we enjoyed our stay during our visit for a family reunion. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the decorating , the ease of checking in were excellent! Our family of nine had plenty of room and there was even a high chair and crib for our two year granddaughter. We’ll be staying here again!

Great house. Perfect for a big family. We stayed over for graduation weekend. Chad is very good with all the communication about the house. It was an easy rental process.

Chad’s home was nicely decorated and very clean. There was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. There were also nice touches like fresh flowers, cookies & coffee left out. The only downside was there wasn’t room in the refrigerator for us to put groceries & there was not a microwave. I would definitely recommend this house!

This house is the home owners personal house. They keep the house immaculate with great décor. Entertainment includes cable tv, apple tv, and a very nice patio area. We didn’t use the patio set up as our schedule was very busy but it looked beautiful. All of the appliances are new and top of the line. The location is about 10 minutes outside of Minneapolis with a great location for Mall of America. It is a little far from downtown taking us roughly 30-40 minutes to get to the university. There is plenty of shopping and eateries in the immediate area of the house. The location in Lakeville is very suburban, I had no doubts to our safety and would be more than comfortable walking the neighborhood at night. I would recommend this house to anyone who is touring the Minneapolis area.
