Very nice place with a private entrance. The bed and the sofa are very clean and comfy. The kitchen fully equipped. Kristin and Stephen are wonderful host who provide great value in the city of Rochester!

To those who would stay here. I hesitated over the proximity to the highway - I thought I would hear car noise. Nope - not at all - so don't worry about that. The apartment was clean and comfortable and access was very easy. It is convenient walking distance to some restaurants and a pet store. Overall a great stay and a good value.

Great stay! Awesome remodel Steve and Kristin did! Clean, well run, shower is amazing, off street parking too! We walked to the park and then dinner at the armory after! Would definitely stay again
