The host was extremely responsive and always pleasant and accommodating. Our situation was kind of desperate and we needed a last minute place to stay when our plans AND backup plans fell through! We were also extremely pressed for time. We were actually able to check in within 30 minutes of requesting, it almost felt miraculous. Thank you, Neil! You saved our trip to Rochester from complete fiasco to a quirky and pleasantly-remembered adventure.

Great place, great host, great stay! We were installing our son at U of R and it was the perfect location and rental for us. Close to the campus and not far from shopping. We loved Jeremiah's (best wings in Rochester) as well. The flat was clean, spacious and very comfortable (including the beds and linens). If you're hesitating, don't. This is a fantastic find!
