My mom and I had a lovely stay at this gem! The suite was spotless, spacious, and beautiful - with fresh fruit and a snack basket waiting in the kitchen, to boot - and we couldn't have asked for friendlier or more responsive hosts. They've clearly put a ton of time, love, and effort into this space, and it makes for a wonderfully comfortable home-away-from-home. Already looking forward to a return visit.

The Westminster was a lovely place, exactly as pictured and described. We felt very at home. It was close to Park Ave with its restaurants and shops which we took advantage of. Hosts emailed regularly offering help if needed. All in all it was a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again. Thank you.

The Westminster was exactly as the listing and photos described. It is on a very quiet and picturesque street with easy access on/off the local highway and close to all the 390/490/connectors. The hosts proactively communicated with clear, concise communication and there were a lot of nice touches on the inside like welcome baskets with snacks or supplies you might have forgotten. It is a really lovely property with a cozy, comfy vibe and offers so much more than a traditional hotel kitchenette.

Great stay! Lovely 1 bed/1bath 1st floor apartment near Park Ave in Rochester. The hosts are both incredibly kind and super responsive. Excellent alternative to a hotel. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. Perfect for 2, and could accommodate 3 by using the foldout love seat in the bedroom as a bed. Clean, bright, and cheerful home!

This was our 1st experience with an Airb&b, and they set a very high bar! Everything and we mean everything was perfect, from the gorgeous furnishings to the tranquil atmosphere to the well thought out potential needs of their guests with respect to outlets, lighting, phone and device chargers and fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable furniture and bedding were top quality.
