Our 6 bedroom layout is split between a main home & carriage home. *BEDROOMS* {THREE STORY MAIN HOME} 1st floor: Bunk room with 2 twin over Queen bunk beds. 2nd floor: King Bedroom with en-suite bathroom & private balcony King Bedroom with en-suite bathroom & private balcony 3rd floor: Queen Bedroom with balcony. {SINGLE LEVEL CARRIAGE HOME} King Bedroom with patio access. 2nd room with Queen sleeper sofa & kitchenette *BATHROOMS* We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay. 1st floor: Full bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet, and vanity directly next to bunk room & kitchen area. 2nd floor: En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, separate tub, his & hers vanity, and toilet. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, and vanity. 3rd floor: Walk in shower, toilet, and sink located off small living area, next to Queen bedroom. *LIVING AREA & KITCHEN* Our living room area is cozy with accent chairs, and couch for seating. The couch opens up into a queen sized sleeper (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided.) We have a TV for your enjoyment with standard Cox cable. Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker (with a provided re-useable filter) or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the table with seating for 8, and at the breakfast bar with seating for 4. A stackable washer and dryer is offered in the home, in the laundry room right near the back door, with an ironing board & iron provided. A courtesy single use laundry soap is provided, but please bring additional supplies as needed. The laundry room also offers an additional refrigerator that's perfect for extra groceries or drinks! *OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES* The private pool is situated in our fully gated backyard between the main home & carriage home! Enjoy seating, umbrellas, pool loungers, a grill (propane provided), an outdoor shower, and a life size Connect 4 game! We provide beach towels for guest use, but please plan to bring any other beach or pool items that you desire during your stay. **TINY TRAVELERS & PETS** We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind (and saving room in your luggage for these must haves during your trip). *We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets with a required pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. **PARKING** The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, and our COMPLIMENTARY 6 passenger golf cart. Unfortunately, we do not offer parking for boats/trailers/RVs at this home. NO streetside or overnight public parking is available, so please plan accordingly before arrival! A vehicle is recommended for your trip but not entirely necessary if you plan to enjoy just the "beach house life." Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and we offer a FREE SIX PASSENGER GOLF CART exclusively for our guests. There is public beach access within walking distance, and many other beach access points along Scenic 98 that can easily be accessed by golf cart. A few important details to keep in mind when booking our property: -We do offer pool heating, but this amenity is NOT included in your stay. Please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates. -All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay.
