The place is beautiful and very clean. It accommodated our large group perfectly, especially since we have several small families with children. The company responded quickly when I reached out. That said, only one burner works on the stove. The downstairs dryer created a rainforest effect, seemingly venting into the house. The planters out back should be planted (as in the photos) and the pool heat never worked right. They were very responsive in trying to fix the heat and finally reimbursed the entire amount. Would we stay again? I would want to know the issues were fixed. I had read about the stove in another review and messaged to e company prior to our trip. I was assured that things get fixed when they are notified. The property needs attention because it is worth it. All in all, we had a fabulous time. Give her some love Avant Stay. She deserves it!

Kitchen - badly scratched up pots & pans, stove fan and light not working, not enough hot mugs, chipped dishes, broken handle on cups, two freezer drawers not working (ruined food), dull knives made prepping food difficult; 1st floor bedrooms - doors leading to outside pool very difficult to lock, most pillows very lumpy/clumpy & not comfortable; outside - torn outdoor furniture cushions, debris on bottom of pools, ping pong paddles coming apart with old balls, stuffing leaking out of corn-hole bags, nailing sticking out of wooden steps leading to beach (hurt our feet); stained fabrics on chairs of dining room; had difficulty connecting to wifi; definitely not recommending nor returning to this location.

A beautiful property and a great place to have a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Weather wasn't great, which is what caused standing water in the back outdoor area. Needs a drain or something to release water. To access the pool or beach we had to walk through 6-8 inch deep water which was a nuisance. The freezer in the refrigerator upstairs did not work, and the unit beeped untimely into the night one night. The house overall has plenty of space, and could be really nice. It needs some clean up and paint. We paid $11,500 to stay 3 nights, but I don't feel like the beach access and dirty pool was worth the money. I won't pay that to stay there in the future.
