Mark's property in rural Jasper is a tranquil place with great views from the house and the firepit, which we loved (thanks for the wood!). Our group of nine, including friends and family, toddlers, teens, and adults, found the home comfortable and a great base for exploring nearby crags (most of us are rock climbers), trails, and even doing a day trip to Crystal Bridges in Bentonville. Note that there are two full baths in the main house, but the one on the first floor is only accessible through the primary bedrooom (which wasn't a problem for us), as well as helpful laundry (also accessible through the main bedroom). My partner and I stayed in the adjacent guesthouse, and when we experienced a small issue during our stay, the owner and his handyperson and cleaning person were responsive and kind and professional about handling the issue in a timely fashion. The only thing that would have made our stay better was being able to bring our dog, who would have loved Daisy and Hypno!

The house was perfect for my family's get-away vacation. The mountain view was beautiful, especially when enjoyed around the fire pit in the comfortable Adirondack chairs! We loved watching the wildlife each morning and evening. We also caught several catfish in the pond. The main house itself was cute and just the right size for our family. It had everything we needed. We also liked how close it was to Jasper and nearby hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again!
