The studio apartment is located over the top of a two-car garage with a small workshop. This is separate from the main house and connected by a screened in porch. Once in the apartment it is a studio that has one Queen bed, a living area, a dinette area, and a full kitchen. The full bath is just off the kitchen area. The screened in porch is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening sunset, and in the evening start a fire in our firepit & kick back to enjoy the night sky.
