Central to location to most of what Statesville has to offer. We were visiting family and were within in 5-10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do.

We had a great stay at Josh’s house while visiting a friend in Statesville. The house was clean and had everything that the listing said it would. Josh had clear instructions for entering the home and we felt safe while staying there and the house was cozy, beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were to come for another trip!

Josh was an amazing host. Very responsive and communicative. Anytime I had a question he was quick to reply. The door batteries went out and he let me know, dropped off new batteries and everything was smooth yet again. The house is so cute, cozy and made me feel at home. The bedrooms are decent sized and hold quite a bit for storage. I didn't use the outside backyard area but it looked beautiful. My only complaint is that I'm too short to see much for mirrors in the bathroom, so I bought a body mirror at Walmart and left it at the house. Hope others can get some good use of this. Otherwise my shortness isn't Josh's fault. I would absolutely recommend this place and this host anytime and hope I can visit again and re book. Thanks Josh!
