I usually will never stay in a new place with no reviews yet but I did this time because it was run by Kozystay. I had stayed with them in another listing and I was satisfied with their service. Everything is as described and looks exactly like in the photos. Check in was smooth. We had a few minor problems and communication was quick to resolve it. Furniture, linens, beds, pillows are exceptional. The kitchen utensils are more than adequate and they are brand new! Aircon and shower pressure/hot water is good. Alam Sutera mall is within 10-15 minutes walking, there is a jogging track 10 min away with a small lake where you can borrow electrical bikes too with Beam app. There are 4 good restaurants underneath the apartment, a mini mart, and plenty other eateries. The only 2 things that could be improved for my needs are better lightning in the bedrooms for reading and some additional furniture like table and chairs in the room. But if you dont need these, this is a perfect stay!
