Very nice home with excellent beds and provided items. Clean and quiet even with the school being across the street. Walkable to area attractions and my sons place. Peaceful. Would stay hear again with a group of people. Shotgun house with doors seperating rooms for several guests. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again when needed.
We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 girls (13 and 10). Everything was great from beginning to end. Communication with Clay was super easy, and the check-in/check-out instructions were very clear. There were K-cups we could use for coffee and some water in the fridge. Lots of towels and linens were available in the closets as well. The location can’t be beat, easy walking distance to a number of places. For those who like to sleep late, the school next-door does make a bit of noise in the morning. But it didn’t bother us :-). All in all, a great stay, and we would highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Great place to work from for the week. Recommend Frankie & Johnnies, Clancy’s, and Patois. Great pizza and other restaurants just a block away. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, church and school across the street, friendly neighbors, beautiful homes all around. Clay was great! Very responsive and friendly. Left us a bottle of wine for our arrival. Had all the amenities including coffee pods and laundry soap, which was great not to have to buy! I will DEFINITELY go back!
My family stayed at Clay's house in Mardi Gras festival week. We had a great time! The kids enjoyed the parades and got lots of beads! Clay's house is within walking distance to the parade routes. So, it was very convenient, especially at the peak time of the festival. The house was clean and cosy! The neighborhood was quiet and pretty safe (which you definitely need, especially traveling with kids during the Mardi Gras). Clay was responsive and helpful!
The perfect location!!! Everything you need is within walking distance. We will stay there again!
