Juan was very responsive with his text messages, however it would have been nice to have the option to call. The location was perfect, internet worked great (I believe it was about 160 mbps) with a private router which made it stable for doing video calls. I did not like the shower however. The water pressure was very low and the temperature changed randomly between scalding hot to cold water. It was always frustrating because I had to constantly adjust the shower faucet in order to get the hot water to stay at the same temperature. The other thing I didn’t like was the neighbor across the hall blasted heavy metal music throughout the entire night every weekend. It sounded like demonic music. I asked Maria if she could do anything to ask them to stop playing the music in the middle of the night, but the noises persisted. Other than that, the apartment was great. Beautiful window view, super close to Carolina park, and had a great little kitchen for cooking. Thanks for letting me stay!

Excelente departamento con un buena relación calidad-precio. El departamento se encuentra en una muy buena ubicacion, todo queda cerca caminando. el anfitrion Juan siempre estuve atento de cualquier inquietud por mi parte. 100% recomendado, volvería a alojarme sin duda.
