3 bed, 2-bath end-of-terrace townhouse, spread over 4 floors. On a quiet road but only minutes from the station and city centre, so you can arrive quickly and start enjoying your time in Winchester! Features a large lounge with full-scale entertainment system, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with access to an cosy outdoor terrace decorated with greenery and 2 lounge chairs. See photo captions for specifics! Overall, the house is spacious and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed to sleep 2, and we have two spare rooms which can sleep up to 4 extra people in total. Please message with any parking requirements. We have on-street parking and can accommodate 1 car via our visitors pass. We will just need to register your license plate for your reservation date. In some cases, we can also accommodate one additional vehicle via online daily visitor registration with the council. Bed linen and towels are provided at your convenience. Guests are encouraged to use the kitchen and lounge at their leisure; please ensure all dirty plates, cups, etc are washed up before checking out of the property. This is our primary residence and normally its just the 2 of us living here. As a result, we fold away the spare sleeping arrangements when no guests are around, and use the 2nd room as an office day-to-day.
