With facilities like a steam room, dry sauna, cold tub, and a hammock by a flowing stream, you will have a deeply restful nap and experience quality REM sleep. My stay was so enjoyable that I decided to extend for an extra week, the included breakfasts were consistently delicious and left me feeling rejuvenated.
