Location--excellent; view-to die for; beach-incredible; condo-needs a lot of TLC;host- don't have a nice thing to say about him. I will keep it brief. We booked through airbnb about 5 months in advance.Six days before departure I received an email, which I still have, from host Leon( yes i made the mistake of giving him my email address) requesting additional monies to pay for utilities. He even tried to get me to cancel my agreement with airbnb and deal directly with him. Airbnb intervened and he backtracked. Upon arrival I didn't know that I had to LIE to get pass security. Once again he tried to get extra money from me to no avail. We were denied access to restaurant and gym. Do your DD if you plan on booking with him. If you do, good luck

Location is perfect! View is amazing! Big balconies and the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The added bonus is this is a very safe and secure building. Security is great and we felt very safe. Right on the beach, 10 min walk to the grocery store, and right in the mix of the hotel zone.

Best view in all of Cancun. The apartment is really nice and all of the bedrooms have a view. The balcony is very big with an incredible view. The building sits close to the beach, so you can hear the waves at night. Beautiful infinity pool and private palapas on the beach. The restaurant on the premises is very good and inexpensive. The staff are all exceptional, from the security that keeps the pool and beach private to the life guard that is always on duty watching the beach, and all of the the restaurant crew. Maru waited on us most of the time and you could not ask for better service, she truly enjoys helping everyone.
