Wonderful place! Cozy, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were in the area with our Jeeps to ride Stoney Lonesome, and Jessica’s place was 10 min away. Perfect location! Will definitely be back.

Great and unique place to stay near Smith Lake. Plenty of parking for our boats and it was very cool having a pond to fish and animals around the farm! If you're looking for a country getaway this is the place

what a wonderful weekend at the sunshine house!!! jessica allowed us to check in early, and she had everything set up perfectly - is was very clean and smelled so so good. it is exactly like the pictures. the animals were so fun - they are curious and super friendly. she set up the ping pong table for us and there were games in the laundry room. she also had the kayak and canoe ready but it was a tad to cold to risk the pond. wouldn't change a thing - it is a great location to get away from it all! we will surely stay again. thank you, jessica!!!
