Stay in your own private and quaint detached apartment that is located about 6 miles from I-65 and about 2.5 miles from Smith Lake Park. We have boat parking available as well for fisherman if needed. This garage apartment offers 800 square feet of privacy. With a private entrance and key pad access. Our house is adjacent to this apartment and about 25 yards away on the property. Upstairs offers a full master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom and closet. The kitchen, dining and living room are combined, but offer a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, couch, TV, and board games. Off of the living room is a small bedroom that holds a twin size daybed. You can exit the living room onto the private back deck which offers a propane grill and patio furniture to enjoy our property views. Downstairs is a full size laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. There is plenty of space for boaters to park their boat or turn around if needed.
