This property has all the amenities and very spacious with a walking closet and 2 big windows. Gas station and Allen Outlet mall just around the corner.

The neighborhood is very calm, secure and clean. Everything in a walking distance, a very safe community.
And if you drive you have a free parking, if you don’t, you can only use Uber to get around but most supermarket in a walking distance Kroger, Walmart in HEB, starburst, free market, gas station, hospitals, and schools they are in a walking distance
