Guests can enjoy the privacy of their own private studio with its own private entrance. The studio includes its own kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. It also includes its own bathroom, dining space and comfy queen size bed. We want our guests to feel at home here! The studio is located on the side on a main house but on the back, where owners live. As you walk on the side of the house towards the room, there is a small ramp that leads to the room. Guests have access to driveway parking for one vehicle. Extra vehicles can park on the street. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.

We had a great stay at Maria's place and it made our trip to San Diego great! The bathroom is beautiful, and there were great amenities in the kitchen. Check in and check out was super easy. I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in SD!
Great stay especially if you absolutely need parking!! There’s a spot if needed. The bathroom was huge and the place was so clean and lovely!! I had only stayed here a night, but would’ve loved to use the bath if I had the option. I feel like it’s comfortable for a solo traveler or a couple!!
