Cozy 2 room cabin, part of a larger ranch which is divided into three cabins a in pristine valley 8 miles from Franklin & 20 from N'ville. Kitchenette. 1 pet max $60 fee/pet.. Outside hottub is private by appt ($50 fee for cleaning & setup). Many hiking trails. Magnificent back patio has wonderful views and tables/ barbecue. Draw water from an old-fashioned well! Explore the creek or lake. Walk to lake or organic farm just up the road and meet Winston the Cow, Donkey, and piggies! 2 night min The house, which stands alone in a large valley with no immediate neighboring houses is subdivided into three cabins, each with its own private entrance and access to an outside hot tub.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained!! Jonathan and everyone else were super helpful and responsive! Would definitely go back
He lied about the accommodations, didn't fully refund our money and when he tried to "make it right" left us behind and we didn't no where he was. His place is listed as "private" ; but it's not. then when you question him he shows you the fine print so AirBnB has to back him up. he rents per room, not the whole cabin, which is NOT what his headline reads. Then when you try and get a refund he cheats you and doesn't refund the entire amount, even though you didn't stay 1 second there. I would never recommend anyone to stay in his places or do any business with him.

This listing is fairly deceiving - entire cabin refers to a sectioned off portion of the house. The photos need to be updated - they don’t represent the space accurately. It appears they took 2 rooms at the back, locked them off and added a rear entry. The 1st area you walk in has been converted into a main living space with a closet kitchenette. The rooms are connected by the bathroom, this area made it feel tight & claustrophobic. The remaining room was a spacious bedroom. No access to a thermostat - depending on the time of year you’re visiting this might not be an issue, but at the end of March the evenings were fairly chilly & it got quite cold - thankfully there were extra blankets available. Cell Phone service was spotty, which was expected, but the wifi password didn’t work. Overall we had a pleasant stay, Sam was nice & attentive to responding to text/calls. We were just shocked at the extreme difference between what we expected from the listing vs what we actually arrived to.

We are located 20 miles from downtown Nashville, 8 miles from historic Franklin (old time Main Street, fancy restaurants, boutique shopping), 7 miles from Leiper's Fork (Distillery tours, Fox & Locke Live Music - don't miss Thursday night's open mic) and light years away from the stress of city life. The Fork Inn is part of a 2000-acre Conservation easement and features a 8-acre lake, miles of creek, and many meadows and hiking trails. There is bicycle and walking access onto the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway within a mile. We are adjacent to the Center for Sustainble Stewardship with has many hiking trails, bicycles, and an organic farm. Meet Rosie the Donkey, Winston the cow, and the piggies !
