Le logement était exactement comme les photos du site le présentait qu’il s’agisse de son merveilleux balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Le logement avait tous les accessoires requis pour un séjour agréable. Carlotta a été très avenante dès notre arrivée, ce qui nous a permis de se sentir chez soi aux premiers instants de notre séjour. Elle nous a fourni beaucoup d’informations sur la région. Plus encore, elle a pris du temps avec nous et son véhicule pour nous faire visiter un coin charmant de cette région. Cette complicité nous a permis d’échanger à quelques reprises sur la société, ses enjeux et nos points de vue selon son expérience et la notre qui est canadienne. Sa gentillesse s’est aussi démontrée par son souci de nous avoir relancé après notre départ pour savoir si nous nous étions bien rendus à notre prochaine halte de notre voyage. Merci Carlotta pour tout.

Villa Pinola was a great stay for my wife and I. The terrace was amazing, the view was spectacular, and it was private. The bed was cozy, and everything was very clean. We used the bus, and the stop was about 100 yards down the road towards Bellagio. We loved the little village of Pognana Lario. There is a little, local market, and a bar/restaurant about a 5 minute walk toward Como that are very charming. We were given taxi driver recommendations for traveling to/from the San Giovanni train station. Marco was great. Carlotta met us upon arrival and at departure to help with our luggage, to welcome us, and to tell us about the home, area, etc. She was very friendly and welcoming. The home is very private and peaceful.

Carlotta was our primary contact. My daughter and I truly feel like we made a new friend, not just a business transaction. The location on Lake Como is ideal. Just north of the town of Lake Como in a small village. We spent three nights there, walked to dinner to three very different venues in that time - all different; all wonderful. The deck on the villa is fantastic. We basically spent one full day on that deck gazing at the beauty of the lake. I could go on further, but I think you get the idea. Superb.

4 of us travelling fun the UK and Australia had a fantastic stay at Rosa and Carlotta's guest house on Lake Como. The location was in a quiet village along the lake, directly opposite a certain actor's holiday home. Locally we had the choice of 2 bars for breakfasts lunch and dinner as well as a well stocked macelleria. Carlotta was our host for the visit and went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed, including access to the funicular baggage lift as we were located halfway down a steep cliff overlooking the lake. The isolation and wide open balcony nashe the stay feel a though your miles away from the hassle of life. Carlotta is a wonderful host. She even went the extra mile and helped my wife organize a special boat tour of the lake as a birthday surprise. The house has everything you need and the views are breath-taking. If you want a holiday in a quieter part of Como away from the bustle, this is for you. Definitely make sure you are comfy walking up/
