This beautiful penthouse made me feel like a celebrity. The views of Lake Como were amazing. From it’s amazing location to the private elevator to access the palazzo penthouse it was a treat! It was all opulence and style and still the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were functional and welcoming. Our thanks to the wonderful Flavio for guiding us in and giving us such a warm welcome and to Lucia for sharing her treasure.

5 stars? I wish we could give this place 10 stars!!! We couldn’t have been more happy with Lucia and the gorgeous Italian villa! The pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the living room are incredible you have to pinch yourself to make sure you aren’t dreaming!! The villa was stocked with everything we needed and then some. There was even some milk, wine, coffee, and assorted treats waiting for us upon arrival. The place was absolutely spotless and so much attention to detail. We were traveling with two small kids and everything was provided (crib, high chair, toys etc) We have stayed on Lake Como many times and the location of the Villa was just perfect..we have found our place and will not stay anywhere else! It was such a magical week for our family and we plan to return soon!

A very beautiful and memorable stay! The apartment is at a beautiful and perfect location! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lucia was very helpful since the beginning and was available at all times whenever we had any questions. I definitely recommend staying here, as we would definitely come again! It couldn’t have been better. The apartment was beautiful, the surrounding view was incredible and it was equipped with everything we needed (including lots of stylish touches). We didn't want to leave!

Lucia is amazing hostess!! Her Villa has amazing view and beautifully decorated! She has provided everything very thoughtfully. It is perfect for family with kids but not suitable for two couples. Her Villa was the best in our entire Italy tour!
