The Living Studio is located within the newly built Marfa Studios building. Enjoy design focused aesthetic to relax and inspire. Great room with large built in sofa that can double as two small twins, an eat in kitchen with marble counters, private courtyard with plunge pool, and a King size bed for two and full bath. Up to two additional guests are welcome. 'The Living Studio' is one of three private spaces available under the 'Marfa Studio' roof. When booking this space you may encounter other guests staying in the other two spaces near by. To book all three units please check out our listing: 'Marfa Studio House'. Each rentable space is private with separate entrances. There are no shared spaces. POOL/OUTDOOR: This space features a private soaking pool available March-November each year. Enjoy a private enclosed outdoor seating area and lounge chairs. KITCHEN: Full kitchen with stove top rang, oven and fridge. Utensils, glassware, dishes pots and pans available for use. Complimentary local ground coffee provided along with pour-over drip carafe. Enjoy dinners with seating for six. LIVING: The sofa doubles as two additional sleeping spaces. Please check photos for arrangements. Two additional pillows available in closet. Sofa does not fold down. There are two comfy lounge chairs across from sofa. There is an indoor fireplace however since there is no ventilation it is not available for you due to the smoke. BEDROOM: King size bed, closet space for hanging clothes. Inside bedroom is private shower. BATHROOM: Standing shower in bedroom and separate toilet in hall with sink. ESSENTIALS: All basic essentials are provided during your stay. Clean sheets, pillows, towels, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash, body wash, dish detergents, toilet paper and paper towels. Local ground coffee is provided as well. WIFI: Starlink internet available for working. PETS: As we do allow pets we ask that you limit to two pets per stay. Please add pets to your stay under "Guest Total". An additional pet cleaning fee will be assessed. AIR: Central heating and cooling.

Amazing rental that had the vibe and peacefulness we were looking for. Stocked full kitchen. Quiet patio area with pool. And the interior design was amazing. Can’t reccomend this property and the hosts enough.
I can't rave enough about the Marfa Living Studio, Suite A. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully decorated. It felt private and luxurious, as well as simple and clean. There were a couple of things still to be worked out as it's a new listing, but the hosts were very responsive and we felt well taken care of and able to relax. The small private pool is a game changer, and the full kitchen (everything you could need/want, less a microwave) really made a big difference in our stay. Checking in and out was a cinch. The only heads up I have for future guests is that the window in the bedroom opens two different ways, either by swinging open on a side hinge, or by lowering open and down into the room from the top, and when it opens in and down, it can be a little startling because gravity drops the window fast -- the window is secure, don't worry, but it can be sudden and loud! But that was the only quirk worth mentioning. This was a gorgeous 5 star stay!
Really stunning place with easy to walk to for all of the Marfa things. Only bummer slightly was we couldn’t use the fireplace due to a vent issue they had, otherwise all was great!
