We stayed at The Florence at a different unit a few days prior then stayed at this one after our short trip. Host did not respond to me until the day prior when I messaged and called her. Upon check in she did not email the front desk so we had to wait. After she emailed we found out the keys were not left in the mailbox so we waited some more. Place was very clean and great only issue was there were quite a few cockroaches in the place. Other than that the location is great and very close to the grocery and 5 mins walk to the Venice mall.

The place is nice and clean, beautiful and safe surroundings. We enjoyed our 5 days stay and it’s worth what we paid for. So many things to do within the area, restaurants, spa, convenient stores and Venice mall within walking distance. I will book again when given the chance.

I had a lot of inquiries but Ms. Janica was so responsive and helpful. We were reluctant at first since the place had no reviews yet, but upon seeing the reviews for Ms. Janica’s other listings, we decided to go for it. Good thing we booked with Ms. Janica because check-in was easy, the place was nice and clean, and it had a good location near all the restaurants. Ms. Janica was pleasant and accommodating. Thank you!

This is a great place. It’s on the first floor so if you have children or someone with a disability or some other issue, this is a good place to stay. Very walkable to the mall and great places to eat all around.
