This property is located 4 blocks from the beach, approximately a 3-5 minute walk. 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms . The primary bedroom is located on the front side of the 2nd (top) floor, it has a king size bed with a spacious en suite bathroom with a large shower and double sink vanity. The primary bedroom also has a cozy balcony access, perfect for morning coffee and a good book. The secondary bedroom is located on the back side 2nd (top) floor, has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. In the center of the top floor is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. The third bedroom is located on the 1st (bottom) floor, it has a bunk bed with 2 full sized mattresses, this room was set up to accommodate 4 children (with a 200 lb. weight capacity for the top bunk)and mounted TV, A pack-n-play and baby gate is provided in the closet. The 1st floor has a full bathroom with shower and tub, a spacious well appointed kitchen with all of the basics you will need to make your stay enjoyable (please see amenity section for full list of items you can find in the kitchen and home), the kitchen island has seating for 4, a large family style dining room table sits between the kitchen and living room area seats 6 guests. The living room has a full size sofa, a love seat and chair making it the perfect place for families to gather after a fun filled day at the beach. The outside has a spacious fenced in yard convenient for pet owners or families with children. There is also a grill, outside shower, and outside storage space that has beach chairs, bikes and various beach supplies with extra room to store any items you bring. The carport area fits up to 3 vehicles (parking for this unit is on the right side/ unit 2 only). Golf Cart (rentals available on the island) parking/charging outlet available under carport. This unit sleeps up to 8 guests, it is recommended and requested that you do not exceed 5 adults due to the beds. This is a family unit and set up for 4 adults and 4 children. This is truly the ideal place to bring the whole family together and make lasting memories.
