Enjoy your home away from home with access to the buildings amenities, including 3 outdoor pools, gym, social area with BBQ, sauna, and 24-hour security. This is a 2-story duplex penthouse apartment located on the top floor of a secure and modern building. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has 2 singles that can be combined into one large bed upon request. All 3 bedrooms equipped with airconditioning, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. The living room spans the entire first floor of the apartment, with dining table, open kitchen, bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city and ocean views. The apartment is conveniently located in the neighborhood of Marbella, one block from the beach and minutes from the Historic Center and airport by taxi. PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be registered with the building 24 hours prior to check in. This includes anyone that will be coming to the building, including service providers (chefs etc). Under no circumstances it will be possible to register guests after check in or bring unregistered visitors to the building. Such are the rules of the building.

This place was amazing absolutely stunning view and the apartment was spotless. I like how there was security in the lobby so we always felt safe. We had a great stay!

Staying at this penthouse was magical. This place looks exactly like the pictures!!! We walked in and there was a major wow factor!!! Gorgeous!! This place was a dream to stay at, waking up to that view every day was worth every penny. The rooms are all good sizes and the bathrooms are all updated and clean. The building is centrally located which made it easy for us to get around. Having security downstairs made us feel safe. Aly was a great host, very hospitable with great communication skills. She made us feel right at home and made herself available from the time we booked to when we checked out, she ensured we were comfortable and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property which is close to a supermarket, close to the airport, close to historic center, and close to local hotspots with one of the best views you can get. Overall I would 100% stay here again when I return to Cartagena.

Less than a 5-minute walk away, you find one of the Cartagena's best local beaches, and within the same radius you have a supermarket and some nice local restaurants. The historic center is a short 5-minute taxi and the airport is less than 15 minutes away. You will be conveniently based close to everything, while enjoying the coastal charm of Cartagena.
While the beach is just a few steps away, the historic Walled City is also conveniently close, just a 5-minute taxi ride away. The airport and Bocagrande can also be reached in less than 15 minutes. Taxis and Ubers can be ordered to the door of the building.
