We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spotless, and he provided snacks and other treats for us. The location was perfect as we were headed to a show at the beautiful Stanley Theater in Utica. Highly recommend Keiran’s place.

It was a nice quiet area very clean kind of small but nice and cozy. We had to eat out every day because there wasn’t any type of pans to cook our own food and I really didn’t look at the bedrooms as much as I seen on the photos it’s good for one doubt and probably two children because they’re two single beds and one queen bed and it was four adults and we both were married couples so you cannot do couple things for this home home is made for or two adults or single people to stay in but it was very nice and clean not mad for couples overall I loved it

Kieran's place was as quiet, comfy and cozy as billed. The location is wonderful, just off the beaten path, but close to restaurants and shops. You feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

My wife and I stayed at Keiran's the night before the 2024 solar eclipse. Keiran reached out quickly with the info to get into the apartment and to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean, quiet and cozy. Keiran is very kind, they left a helpful note with instructions for wifi, TV etc and they even left some snacks for our stay! We would definitely stay again.
