This is a two story home where all 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. Our place is situated in a a quiet community where parking is safe and secure. Unwind in the tranquil backyard with its inviting zen garden. As we take lots of pride in maintaining cleanliness, each mattress comes equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover. The house can easily accommodate 7 people. However, the living room has a couch that can fit 1 more and 2 twin sized memory foam floor mattress can be setup for additional sleeping space. Things to note: 1. If you have an animal companion(s) there will be an additional cleaning fee added to the total after you book. Your animal companion must be house trained and well behaved. Please contact me with how many furry friends you will be bringing and what breed they are once you've booked. Under 25 lbs: a one time $35 cleaning fee per animal companion. Over 25 pounds: a one time $50 cleaning fee per animal companion. 2. NO EVENTS OR HOUSE PARTIES. You will be asked to leave. 3. There is a guesthouse on the property where there is a tenant living. The Airbnb is the main house and it is completely separate from the guesthouse. Because of the way the property is split with a fence, you will not run into the tenant.
