We had a very terrible experience Getting access to the premises . First there was zero communication with the host since the day we submitted payment after we sent many messages and no phone contact was provided. After a long stressful 6 hour drive we had to wait by the location for more than 2 hours without knowing what to do with no call contact no clear guidance! Then after 2 hours the host called finally my what’s up in a haughty unprofessional manner blaming us of being lost and not getting direction well ! Then he directed us to some ladies who were supposed to take us to the elevator and show us the place ! I waited about 3 minutes waiting for the lady to operate the elevator telling me “ sorry sir sometimes it’s gets stuck “ , adding this to all bad day experience we didn’t feel safe to be in a premise with terrible communication and an unsafe elevator! We left ! The worst is that they charge us for the day and we are still dealing with Airbnb ti get a refund ! Please avoid !

Host is very kind and considering deeply for guest. Also the house is better than picture. Communition is very well, It was wonderful experiance. I highly recommend this place.
