Park city compared to Brighton had muuuch better customer service and felt more family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was great, clean and provided everything we needed for a quick getaway. Pros: Great location, rooms are large enough and 2 bathrooms was useful. The large 6 person table allowed our whole party to eat and play together. Nice to have the pool and hot tub option. Cons: We stayed over a weekend and though the literature (emails, etc) says to contact anytime, hours of operation are M-F. We had an issue with the fridge and calling maintenance required the emergency line. Texts also told us no service during the weekend. It would be helpful to have clarity on when people are available and how best to reach out. All in all, we had a nice time and look forward to being back.
