Styled room with very comfortable bed and a yummi breakfast! Welcome to our home, we are located just outside the town centre of Maastricht. Our B&B is arranged on the first floor with a private entrance. Villa Loca includes two comfortable guest rooms, the Villa and the Loca room, a shared luxurious Moroccan-style bathroom including shower & bath. The shared toilet is separated from the bathroom. There is also a well equipped kitchen. You have, in addition to the complementary breakfast and all day tea and coffee making facilities, access to use the communal kitchen/dining area, complete with cookware to prepare any other meal. Or you can use the kitchen in the evening to get together and have a drink. The Villa room is suitable for 2 to 3 adults. You can find this room in our other listings. The Loca room is suitable for 2 adults and includes a double bed, wash basin and a sitting area to enjoy your breakfast. Breakfast, Towels and bed linen are complimentary. Our house which dates back to 1900 has recently completely been renovated (2006-2010) The idea to start a B&B was quickly born when we, Inge and Floris, bought our house and had spacious accommodation available. We have travelled extensively, and were always appreciative when we arrived at a nice and comfortable "pad" on our journeys. We enjoy meeting people and hope that you, as our guest will feel comfortable and at home.

Bij aankomst werden wij met open armen ontvangen. Nog voordat we konden aanbellen werd de deur al voor ons open gedaan. De communicatie met de host was heel erg fijn. We hebben diverse tips gekregen over bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten in de omgeving van de stad. Het ontbijt was goed geregeld en vonden wij heerlijk! Wij raden iedereen aan om hier hun overnachting te boeken wanneer zij naar Maastricht gaan.
Wir haben zwei Nächte im Zimmer Loca übernachtet. Da wir auf mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, war die Lage außerhalb des Zentrums ideal für uns. Inge hat uns schnell das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein und uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen, vegetarisch und sehr flexibel. Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei euch!
Inge is a great host. The pre - arrival communication was excellent, good instructions how to arrive and gave some advice. The appartment was in a quiet residental area and our room had a garden view which we enjoyed very much listening to birds singing. Appartm. was spotless, Inge and Floris has put thought in it, the design is lovely. They both also are environment friendly that I liked very much. Inge met us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly. Explained few things about the appartment. They had some cheese , bread, eggs, juice fresh fruit, coffee and milk tea ready for breakfast. This was very thoughtfull. Was no need to worry about some basic items. Bed was very comfortable. Appartment is not city center, but has few busses going to the center. 63 stop is right outside the house. With bit of planning, it was easy to get to the center, it is around 10 -15min drive. One night we had to take taxi back and it was only 12 euros. I can highly reccomend this place!!!

In short range of our place are al sorts of facilitys like a supermarket it is still free to park and for living in the city it is extremely green. There are to big natural parks in a few hundred meters. Hoge Fronten park wich is by far my most favourite place in town.
And belvedere park, both offer really great city views. The area is now under construction, to downsize the amount of traffic and connect all the parks.
Wel, it´s very easy to find us by car and there´s free parking in front of our house.
There are several busstops nearby, one at 100m.
If you come by plane, it is possible to take public transport, or we can arrange you a taxi for about €25,-.
From the trainstation take bus nr. 7 direction Caberg/Pottenberg. Get of @ peter huijsenlaan. Walk towards the roundabout and turn right. This is brusselseweg.
