Great place with a great view. Very spacious. Really enjoyed the attention and helpful host. Everything was smooth. Quick access to most all central areas of Havana. Just some noise from the busy street below-buses and trucks every morning. But at least the apartment is on the 7th floor so not too bad. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Havana.

The appartment was very spaceful and beautiful. The big balcony is my favorite feature, favorite spot for breakfast or reading a book. Location of the appartment is perfect to use public transportation. Carlos was really responsive and flexible with the arrangements. Overall, great stay.

We stayed for two days and a night at Carlos' flat. Carlos was really responsive and our co-host (Miriela) was very helpful and kind. The flat has an epic view to the city from the balcony on the 7th floor. The flat is well decorated and it was clean. The bedrooms were not identicals and we (two couples) needed to flip a coin to choose the better bedroom. Our bedroom was next to the smaller balcony which water-pressurizing system was located there ( It was a bit noisy). Our overall experience was quite good and I recommend this flat. if you are not so sensitive to the noise it is a perfect place to be.

This place is a must stay when visiting Havana. It was in a nice location and the place has all you need for a great stay in Cuba! Carlos is an amazing host and he has a great team of people working to make your stay as perfect as it can be. I will miss this place and the Cuban people! I will definitely be back!
