Located at Tejadillo street, one of the oldest and busiest access to Old Havana, from Paseo del Prado to the Cathedral and the Bay, is this early 20th-century huge house. With seven impeccable rooms, five doubles and two queen bed rooms, it is perfect for families, art, history and local traditions lovers. Its enclave in the Historic Center, the hospitable neighbors and the colonial architecture of the surroundings make up the best scenario to enjoy Havana. Thanks to the house location 200 meters from the Cathedral you can quickly access the Malecon, the squares of Old Havana and the best restaurants and bars. From our spacious balcony you can enjoy a full view of Tejadillo street from the Cuban Art Museum to the old seminary. The high-strut construction and the large doors and windows allow for a fresh atmosphere throughout the house. Ideal for groups and families because of the spacious living room, the kitchen equipped for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The terrace guarantees the enjoyment of Cuban food and cocktails in the open air and the small bar recreates what used to be the parties of the young people in Old Havana in the 80s.

This was truly one of the best stays I have ever had on Airbnb. The place is super spacious and the hosts are exceptional. There is always someone who is available to help with anything. The hosts are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the city. The neighborhood is a perfect location as it puts you in the center of a lot of things. Fair warning, you might not want to leave.
We had the most wonderful stay at Cathedral House, with three generations of our family. The location could not be better, the house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were so well cared for by the team of hosts - to welcome us, give recommendations, provide breakfast, help with any little thing we needed, and provide security at night. The hosts went above and beyond for our family, finding a number of ways to make our stay even more memorable -- up to and including finding a way to return something we left at the house. I am already planning our next return, and we will definitely return to Cathedral House!
We loved our stay. Beautiful house and it felt like we were right in the middle of Cuban life. Comfortable rooms, cool and peaceful. Perfect retreat to escape the heat of the city.
I was staying with a group of friends for my birthday. The hosts were amazing. The breakfast they prepared daily was not only fresh but delicious. Oh and the fresh juices and don’t forget the fabulous Cuban coffee. They helped arranged transport for us and were genuinely lovely
So we actually never had the pleasure of staying here. We only booked one night for the day of our arrival to Havana and was planning on leaving to go to Vinales the next day, but our flight was canceled so we missed the chance to stay. BUT I will say that communication has been top notch. The most responsive hosts while I was dealing with all the cancellations and delays with American Airlines. They were nothing but super accommodating and supportive while I constantly updated them with my new arrival time that changed literally 10x. My host in viñales had arranged a taxi to take me to her home but with all the delays she was unable to find me a taxi that would drive us in the evening. I desperately reached out to the hosts here and they called around to secure a taxi to pick us up from the airport to take us to viñales at 9pm. SO grateful for their help in helping me find a way to get to viñales so that the rest of our itinerary for Cuba would not be impacted by our flight delays

Honestly, the neighborhood is the main attraction of the house, in the historical part and at the same time in the quietest area of all of Old Havana. In a few steps you will find restaurants, bars, museums and squares and buildings of historical interest, the Avenida del Puerto and the famous Malecón de la Habana just 400 meters away, the Central Park, the Capitol of Havana, etc.
At 300 meters there is the Avenida Bélgica (also known as Avenida de las Misiones), you will find many taxis, buses and also our personal is ready to assist you with any kind of transportation or directions and tips to discover the city.

Soy sencillo, amistoso, muy sincero, me gusta mirar a las personas de frente a los ojos y no tener nada que ocultar, soy muy servicial y eso me ha hecho ganar prestigio con mis clientes (soy agente de viajes) y pienso que me ayudara a lograr los mismo con las personas que se alojen en nuestro B&B. Amo La Habana y Cuba en general y por mi trabajo y estilo de vida he conocido bastante de la capital y el país, información que con MUCHISIMO gusto siempre comparto y compartiré para ayudar a los visitantes a tener una mejor estancia en la isla. Me gusta mucho la buena comida (aunque no soy de los que más saludable se alimentan, pero si los buenos restaurantes), descubrir los nuevos cafés, bares y otros que han venido surgiendo en Cuba. Me encanta, y es una de las cosas que disfruto de mi trabajo, conocer gente nueva, conocer otras culturas, otras ciudades y países. También disfruto mucho compartir con mi familia y amigos.
