We had a great stay! It was walkable to old Havana restaurants and shops (a little dark at night but was not a problem). Once you get upstairs, you walk into a beautiful oasis. Our host, Janio, was very helpful, responsive and available for anything we needed. I would recommend Bambu Penthouse and plan to return someday.

I already missed the place I would love to stay there again. Just be prepared for a busy environment. Once you step out into the city, the people are very friendly and welcoming. I love being proximal to the capital also our host was very accommodating to all our needs, he made sure that I got to the airport at the proper time and provided transportation for us. Thank you so much for being so accommodating, friendly with great communication.

Diese Unterkunft kann ich jedem empfehlen, der ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis in Havanna haben möchte. Das Apartment ist ein Traum und wir haben jede Sekunde dort genossen. Die Lage ist wunderschön im Herzen der Stadt und der Ausblick sowie die Ausstattung sind ein Traum. Der Service vor Ort ist perfekt und wir konnten dank dem Concierge einen ganz besonderen Aufenthalt genießen. Egal bei welchem Problem , war er immer zur Stelle und hat uns sehr geholfen. Außerdem hat er uns viele Tipps gegeben und uns tolle Ausflüge vermittelt. Ich empfehle jedem der nach Havana kommt Bamboo Penthouse zu buchen. Es war perfekt ♥️

Best sunset view in Havana! Great walking distance to Old Havana, central Havana, capital, Central Park and many restaurants. Janio goes above and beyond and acts as a true concierge and will assist you with anything you need, taxi’s to and from airport, recommendations in and around Havana, excursions, anything you need. Space includes wifi and a cell phone to use during your stay which is very helpful. 10/10 recommended!

Just came back from a fantastic stay in Havana. The view and location here are truly unmatched and I was surprised that the apartment looked even better than the photos. Janio was extremely helpful in explaining the surrounding area and helping us book taxis. The Cuban cell phone he loaned us was very useful for staying in touch and accessing internet while walking around Havana. I cannot fathom why anyone would stay at the hotels in this area for double the price when you could stay here instead.
