Our community of 12 vacation rentals are located in an Urban neighborhood. There is a wide range of demographics and it is densely populated. We are a gated community with security cameras on the outside only. South Florida can be a culture shock to a lot of travelers. In general, there is crime everywhere in South Florida. Our neighbors keep to themselves and don't bother anybody. It is important to remember you're only here for a short time and not a long time. We will not tolerate insensitive remarks disparaging our community or our neighborhood due to any bias reasons or for malice prejudice. Please respect your neighbors our community houses up to 72 vacation rental guests every day.

We recommend Uber/Lyft or a taxi. There is a bus stop down the street by the main access road and bridge but it is slow and not recommended. South Florida in general has limited parking and parking can get expensive so is best to travel with one car or less. There is metro rail here but access locations or stops are limited.
