It features a comfy chaise lounge sofa bed with a Queen sized pull out for extra sleeping accommodations.The lift-top coffee table is perfect for remote work or a cozy meal in front of the 65” Samsung smart TV coupled with immersive sound from the matching soundbar. There are bamboo shades that allow some of the Florida sunshine in along with drapes for added privacy. A variety of games (Monopoly, Life, Scrabble, playing cards, Uno, and Catch Phrase) are provided for you and your friends and family to enjoy a lively game night! ROOM 1: This is the main bedroom. It has a QUEEN BED with a Helix deluxe mattress complemented by fresh white hotel-style linens and comfy of pillows. There is plenty of room to store all of your belongings in the closet and dresser, bamboo blackout shades for those days you want to sleep in and a 45” Samsung Smart TV with access to all of the streaming apps. It also has a small bench with a courtyard view of the backyard, a perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea. ROOM 2: This is my favorite room in the house. This peaceful and calming room is perfectly designed and has multiple functions. It has a DAYBED with TRUNDLE that can be used as a sofa to relax and enjoy a book or watch a show on the 45” Samsung Smart TV or as a Twin bed. The daybed has a Helix deluxe mattress so it will be as comfortable for the kids and for adults alike. For even more room to sleep the day bed has a pull out trundle with an additional Twin mattress. The courtyard view adds a blissful feeling to the room. And the bamboo blackout shades insure a restful nights sleep. Additionally there is a dedicated work space with a large desk that will make remote work feel more like a vacation. BATHROOM: Spa-like bathroom has everything you need. It has a unique glass shower equipped with a brand new rain shower head and an adjustable handheld shower head with seven different massage settings. The bowl vanity sink and extra shelf offers ample space for you to place your personal belongings. For your convenience, Neutrogena makeup wipes, environmentally safe Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and luxury spa body lotion are all provided. KITCHEN : The well appointed kitchen has a modern aesthetic with quartz countertops and open wood shelving that add a touch of elegance. It has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven range), microwave, and double sink and all cleaning supplies provided (dish soap, band new sponge, dish drying rack and additional cleaning services for our longer stays upon request). The nearby coffee nook provides seating for conversation while preparing your favorite meal. It has everything you need from a toaster and blender to a waffle maker and air fryer! This kitchen is ready for you to cook or bake anything you want for your family, significant other or friends! If there is something specific you think you need for your stay, let me know and I'll do my best to get it for you! **Right outside of the kitchen door is access to the backyard and washer and dryer. On property coin operated washer with one complementary wash per week during stay is available and complementary use of dryer . Washing detergent is provided. COFFEE BAR/NOOK: Located conveniently between the living room and the kitchen is our cozy coffee bar. Pull up a stool to the bar-style seating with solid wood bar and four bar stools perfect to sit and enjoy a meal. This nook was curated with coffee enthusiast and tea lovers (like myself) in mind. Here you can find a Keurig with an array of K cup options, a French press for craft enthusiasts, and a hot water kettle for tea connoisseurs with a variety of tea options. We also provide Folgers coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and a variety of creamers and sweeteners. BACKYARD: This outdoor space is the star of the show! The backyard has a beautiful al fresco dining area that seats six with a large umbrella for shade. The 4 burner grill is near by so you can get your BBQ quickly to your hungry friends and family. Grilling utensils are provided. My favorite spot in the backyard is the lounging area. In this area, there is ample seating and even a double seater swing. Here you will create memories and gather around the fire pit and make s’mores or even share a few laughs while watching a movie on the huge 100” projector screen in the outdoor theater. Get competitive playing the life size outdoor games (Corn Hole, Connect 4, Giant Jenga) or just relax and do some sunrise yoga on our provided yoga mats. This fully fenced semi-private backyard space also has plenty of grass for the kids to run around and have a blast! The entire backyard space is all yours! PARKING: There are 2 designated spots for free parking on property. No need to worry about paying or looking for parking on a night out downtown, everything is just a short UBER/Lyft ride away!
