This cozy waterfront cabin is located on a quiet stretch of water above Park Reservoir! Bring your boat and water toys with a dock in the backyard and boat ramp nearby. The cabin offers breathtaking views and plenty of activities, from relaxing in the hot tub and outdoor patio to kayaking on the water, playing on the large grassy lawn, to gathering around the firepit. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation and a short drive to Yellowstone Park! This cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 people. The main floor features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living area, dinning table and a full kitchen. There is a loft area upstairs with extra beds for sleeping, a half bathroom, and a couch and TV. The upstairs ceiling is only about 5 feet 8 inches so its great for kids and smaller ones but not ideal for tall adults.

The cabin is located in a quiet stretch of water above Island Park Reservoir. There are boat ramps nearby to access the reservoir. There are restaurants, grocery store, and gas stations about 15 minutes away. The cabin is around a 40 minute drive to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.
There isn't any public transportation in the area so you'll need to have a car to get around. We also have boat and jet ski rentals if you're looking for fun things to do on the water. There 700+ miles of trails that you can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you're looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.
