This apartment is perfect for up to 2 people, but would be very uncomfortable beyond that. The location is great - in the middle of a fun area with lots of cafes and shops to enjoy. I gave the apartment a 5-star review relative to the value. However, there are a few negatives worth mentioning here: The shower is TINY and does not drain well. It is very cramped and after 2 mins the stagnant water is over your feet. There was no soap in the kitchen to wash hands/dishes and there are 2 tiny trash cans. The space is small so not having soap and bigger trash cans made things cluttered. Finally, the apartment key would not fit in the lock box at check-out. I spent 10 minutes and hurt my hand trying to get the lock box to close. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it shut and I damaged the key in the process. …I highly recommend this Airbnb for couples or friends in town for a few days. But not for 3+ people or 3+ days.

5 nuits passées dans l'appartement de Miguel. L'emplacement est agréable, facile à trouver grâce aux instructions vidéos très claires laissées en amont. Reste que demander 35 euros supplémentaires pour une arrivée tardive et récupérer les clés dans une boite à clé me semble exagéré. Vos explications ne m'ont pas convaincu même si cela était indiqué dans l'annonce. Les photos de l'annonce (3 commentaires seulement...) datent sans doute de la rénovation car les lieux méritent un grand coup de frais : tapisserie décollée un peu partout, joints de salle d'eau à refaire, forte odeur d'égout à contrôler autrement que par un parfum d'ambiance. La literie était confortable et propre, l'appartement nettoyé même s'il restait ici et là des points à revoir : chocolat sur le pied de table, chewing-gum collé sur un carreau de la cuisine ( les restes d'un locataire précédent indélicat...). On ne peut certes pas tout voir mais je ne suis pas certain que Miguel vienne souvent dans cet appartement.
